The Sonic Signalman Monitoring System, offered by WP Group, was recently featured on BBC's One Show as a way in which oil users can combat the rising levels of oil theft.

What is the Sonic Signalman?
The one-piece Signalman unit is installed on fuel tanks and uses new technology to identify and report the oil level inside. This information is then communicated to WP Group via GPRS mobile networks. In this way, WP Group can automatically send out tank fills when required, meaning the customer never needs to worry about monitoring their oil or running out.
This system has been available in the past using telephone line connections which, while effective, did create opportunity for faults to occur. This new technology means the service can run as it should with minimal maintenance requirements and can finally offer the complete peace of mind the customer will expect.
Is the Sonic Signalman Service suitable for me?
This Signalman Service is suitable for any customer with difficulty monitoring the level in their tank. Have you run out of oil in the past? Do you have a high usage or find it difficult to know when to order? These sort of situations would make the Signalman Service especially beneficial for you.
